Loren Hansen

Loren Hansen joined the title industry in April 2026 and brings a background in economics and real estate development to his work at Sutherland Title Company. A Utah native, Loren holds a B.A. in Economics from Westminster University and a Master of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University.

Loren is passionate about real estate’s ability to strengthen communities, particularly through redevelopment, urban infill, and creating new opportunities from existing spaces. He is especially interested in expanding affordable housing and finding practical solutions to the housing challenges facing Utah communities.

Outside of work, Loren enjoys cooking, reading, and hiking with his wife and six children.
